Investments
From time to time, LLB Investment syndicates groups of investors for specific projects. As the leading member of these syndicates, we undertake to do the feasibility studies, investment/financial structuring and source established and professional local commercial partners. This enables us to fully utilise and benefit from local knowledge and expertise, thus reducing the investment risk and increasing its success rate.

Our preliminary assessments are the key components to our success and include the following:
  • Geopolitical assessment through a combination of our political and security partners (country risk profile).
  • Social assessment via a thorough investigation into the fabric of the society and the educational development and sustainability of its workforce and organisations.
  • Understanding the desires, needs and goals of the community by connecting to people through networking organisations and personal, organic relationships.
  • Assessing the professionalism of the workforce, its level of education and command of languages to understand and determine the sustainability of the local growth and its implications.
  • Financial assessment consists of a general and detailed overview of the country’s micro/macroeconomics, its fiscal factors (salaries, taxes etc) and its implications. A detailed analysis of the inflationary factors, progressive/regressive growth and the implications and effects within its financial market.
  • An accurate assessment of the business climate and its risks including the legal frameworks, practical implications, practices, corruption and red tapes.
